Technical Specifications:

1. The Green Room must be surrounded, must be spacious, and it must have all the basics such as mirror, chairs, table,     light etc. Refreshments should be made available in the Green Room for the artists and the technical staffs.

2. The CD with all our tracks will be handed over to the Sound Engineer with clear instructions on while track to play for which sequence. Kindly make sure that the tracks are executed by the Sound Engineer correctly and ONLY upon getting a go-ahead from our show co-ordinator.

Commercial Terms & Conditions:

•  50% booking advance is receivable in order to block the act for your event. This advance is Non-refundable and    Non-transferable in case your event is postponed or canceled for any reason. Kindly note that the show is NOT considered blocked for your event until the booking advance is received by us.

• The balance 50% is receivable on the day of the event, in the form of a DD or Cash, PRIOR to commencement of the act.

•  Hotel Accommodation must be in a hygienic hotel or equivalent, on a twin sharing basis. The accommodation must be AS CLOSE to the venue as possible.

•  In case the artists are required to come prior day in advance for rehearsals, there will be an extra charge of 50% of the above fees.
